HOLIDAY Tree Collection

FAQ’s

  • Navigate to the "Shop" on your account and search the Holiday Tree Pick-up to select your date preference.

  • We can collect up to three (3) trees per collection date scheduled.

  • Our tree collection service times will be consistent with your regular bucket service. Our tree collection services will begin at 6:30 AM and run until all members’ trees have been collected.

  • We will have two pricing rates for this collection. Our Early Bird $25/tree will be any tree collection placed in our shop prior to Tuesday. 12/26/23. Following our early bird offering, any tree collections placed after 12/26/23 will be $30/tree.

  • We request that any tree stands, ornaments, lights, and other decorations are removed from the tree prior to collection. After these objects are removed, place your tree in your typical service location.

  • We would be happy to collect the tree from an alternative location that is not where your bucket is placed. We just request that you reach out to our support team at hq@wastenotcompost.com prior to placing the tree in another location to ensure a successful tree collection.

  • Our operators will only be equipped for tree collections on your scheduled tree collection date and will not be able to service your bucket on these dates. We will also be unable to collect any yard waste bags, pumpkins, or brown bags of broken holiday lights on these tree collection dates. We request that these services are ordered separately through our shop to be collected on your regularly scheduled service dates.

  • In order to accommodate demand for our tree collections, our team has carefully selected the dates listed for our tree collections.

  • We are unable to accept wreaths at this time. We can accept garland if it is real plant based material. The garland can be collected by placing it into your bucket on your regular service dates with the lid fully closed and airtight. If the garland cannot fit within your bucket, you can also schedule a yard waste collection on our Shop and place any garland within a brown paper ‘yard waste’ bag on your regular service dates.

  • Please note that all holiday tree collection services are non-refundable.
